1. Interior Design Profile is part of Opus Video Productions.

 

2. The Interior Design Profile website is hosted by a third party hosting provider and not Interior Dsign Profile/Opus Video Productions, therefore we will not be liable for any downtime of this website. Opus Video Productions/Interior Design Profile will not be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, consequential or indirect loss or damage of any kind arising from use or loss of use of data or profits arising from, or in connection with the use of this website.

 

3. Submission of your company/business to this website confirms that you have agreed for this information about your company/business to be available to the public. Interior Design Profile/Opus Video Productions will not commence any work on any listing or video production until the relevant booking forms and terms and conditions documents have been signed by the client. Upon the client signing the listing or video booking confirmation. A 35% deposit is due before any video work will commence. To list your company in the Interior Design Profile Website will cost £100 per 12 months, if you require a video profile listing the price of your video is not inculded in the £100 listing price. Video Production is priced seperately to basic listing prices. We will not be held responsible for any refund once your video has been produced or if you video cannot be viewed or becomes unavailable on this website for any reason.

 

4. Once the clients video script has been approved by the client and voiceover has been recorded, no amendments can be made. If the client wishes to change any aspect of the script after approval, this will incur an additional charge of £100.

 

5. The outstanding balance is then due upon the clients approval of the finished video. The finished video will be placed online for the client to review and approve. The client has 10 days after the video is placed for review in which to inform interior design profile of any amendments which need to be made. All requests for amendments must be made in writing or by email within the 10 day period. Failure to approve or request any amendments within the 10 day period will be understood as confirmation of approval of final video and will result in final edit and will be published in your listing category on the interior design profile website regardless and cannot be changed thereafter and the client is then deemed to have accepted the goods at the agreed price. The final payment of the outstanding balance is due no later than 14 days after the date on which the clients video is published on the interior design profile website. Final production details and creativity shall be at the discretion of interior design profile. The client shall be solely responsible for the payment of the listing booked as set out in the original booking form and invoice.

 

6. After the client has approved the final video or the 10 day period has expired, interior design profile is not responsible or liable for any errors on any medium after the client has agreed the content  is correct and accurate and should be posted, published or broadcast. Interior design profile is not responsible for any re- shoots and or re-edits due to subsequent product changes, property re modelling or renovation, within the same booking/quote. Re- edits of videos due to clients business changes or product changes and updates will incur additional charges quoted separately by interior design profile.

 

7.Interior design profile and Opus Video Productions will reserve the rights to decide on final artistic, creative impression and design of video presentation.

 

8. All video listing prices are based on 1 day filming at 1 location. If the client requires additional days filming or travel to additional locations this will result in additional charges.

 

9. All video listing prices are subject to a travel charge for filming of 40 pence per mile if the client is based outside of the North West of England.

 

10. If the client chooses to cancel their booking once the booking form has been signed and a deposit received by interior design profile, the deposit is non refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing. If the client decides to terminate their booking/contract once work has commenced on their video listing they remain liable to pay for in full any work undertaken or in progress by interior design profile unless any written agreement has been reached in advance.

 

11. Interior design profile will not be held responsible for any claims within the content of the video made by the client which may not be true or classed as misrepresentation of the clients business. The client is responsible and must inform interior design profile of any false information or representations made.

 

12. The client shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Opus Video Productions and the Interior Design Profile website (and respective employees, directors and agents along with opus video productions directors and respective employees) from and against any and all damages, costs, claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and costs arising out of any breach by the client of any representation, warranty or obligation entered into herein.

 

13. Interior design profile reserves the right to postpone, extend or reschedule video or photography shoots due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, equipment failure or unfavourable weather conditions, however the original cost to the client will not be affected.

Additional costs may be incurred if the client delays or reschedules a shoot which results in the extended hiring or re-hiring of any equipment or additional or alternative crew than those to be used on the original planned shoot date.

 

14. Interior Design Profile/ Opus Video Productions reserve the right to use any recorded material or produced videos for future demonstration purposes through methods including websites, DVD showreels and printed brochures. Interior Design Profile maintains the copyright & broadcasting rights to all videos unless otherwise agreed in a written contract between Interior Design Profile and the client.

The client is free to publish their video on their own company website and may also use the video in DVD format for direct marketing purposes. The video may not be published in any online website directory which is considered to be competition to Interior Design Profile without relevant permission. All videos and DVD copies of the clients videos will be marked with 'copyright 200_ interior design profile. All rights reserved, unless agreed otherwise.

 

15. Copyright and all other forms of intellectual property that exist in the content of this website are the property of Opus Video Productions/Interior Design Profile and of third parties who have granted us permission for use of their work.

 

16. Disruption to this website due to maintenance, repairs or faliure of communications, links and equipment such as servers, or downtime beyond our control, you agree that Opus Video Productions/Interior Design Profile shall not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service provided by Opus Video Productions or the Interior Design Profile website.
